The add-on’s configuration page shows a registered Status and an Expiration date. D365 Checklists or D365 Tiles then loads for your users wherever you have added it. Until the add-on is registered, it shows “unlicensed” messages instead.

  • You cannot see Solutions. Your account needs the System Administrator or System Customizer role. Ask your Dynamics 365 administrator to add it, or to register the add-on for you.
  • The Status did not change. Refresh the page and look again. If it still shows unregistered, email us the environment address and a screenshot of the configuration page.
  • Users still see an unlicensed message. Ask them to reload the page. If the message stays, check that you registered the add-on in the same environment they are using.
  • Your trial has ended. The add-on stops working until it is licensed. Email us to buy a licence; pricing is on miiia.com.au.
